Review
The Hurricanes were the better side for much of the 80 minutes, but errant goal kicking in particular prevented them from going on and finishing the job. As Chiefs coach Dave Rennie was happy to concede at fulltime.

Super Rugby is set for its most significant evolution yet with four new conferences, three new teams, two new countries and one new trophy.
It’s ANZAC weekend and the Hurricanes take on the Chiefs in round 9 of the 2016 Super Rugby season in Wellington.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We understand how important cowbells are to fans of the Chiefs, but a decision has been made that they will not be permitted for Saturday's match. However the venue and the Hurricanes value the atmosphere that is added to the game day experience by our visiting fans. So, although there won’t be any cowbells, staff will be handing out both Hurricanes and Chiefs flags to fans on Saturday.
