Some accessible seating is still available to purchase online through Ticketek. The following accessible seating options are available.

Easy Access Seating

Easy Access Accessible Tickets are available for patrons with limited or restricted mobility, or who have accessibility needs but do not require a wheelchair location. These seating locations are typically accessible via 3 stairs or less, and may be located close to amenities such as toilets and the venue entry/exit.

Wheelchair Accessible (No Seat)

These are locations which are wheelchair accessible because (a) the seat has been removed from that location to accommodate a wheelchair; or (b) the location is permanently a dedicated wheelchair space. A customer who purchases a Wheelchair Accessible seat will remain in their wheelchair for the duration of the event.

Wheelchair Accessible Accompanying Guest (With Seat)

These are allocated seats that are adjacent to a Wheelchair Accessible space.

If you require assistance with purchasing an accessible seat, please contact Ticketek on the dedicated booking line reserved for patrons with mobility requirements: 0800 686 677.

The Stadium car park is now SOLD OUT, including mobility parking.

If you have pre-purchased a car park, you will need to arrive at least two hours prior to kick-off if you wish to be in your seat in time to see the teams run out, perform the haka and kick off at 7.05pm. Please remember to print out your ezy-ticket and have ready to show on your arrival to the car park. Car park ezy-tickets must be printed; mobile versions are not accepted. Once parked, please visibly display your ticket on your dashboard.

The Stadium car park will open at 12.00pm on match day. Park up early and enjoy the afternoon in Wellington before coming to the Stadium by foot!

Mobility Transfer Service

A mobility transfer service will be in operation from Platform 10 to the Sky Stadium entry gates pre-match between 4.00-7.00pm and returning post-match between 9.00-10.00pm. Signage will be in place at Platform 10 at the station, and on the Inner Plaza at the end of the match at a designated waiting area. Please note that there will be a short delay in the departure of this service post-match to ensure the safety of all patrons on the Fran Wilde Walkway.

Alternative ways of getting to Sky Stadium on event day for those with mobility needs.

Fans in a vehicle with a valid mobility pass can be dropped off at the lower level of the stadium car park at any time from 12.00pm.

People movers will be running to transport fans who need assistance from the lower level of the car park, and from the top of the Thorndon Spiral along the Fran Wilde Walkway to the entrance gates. Please note the service along the Fran Wilde Walkway will operate when it is safe to do so.

People movers will run in reverse at the end of the night once most patrons have left the venue (approximately 30 minutes after the end of match). Please look for the designated waiting area on the Inner Plaza.

Rest areas are also in place along the Fran Wilde Walkway for anyone who needs to use them.

Sky Stadium provides a number of facilities to ensure attending an event here is as easy as possible. Click here to plan your day.

A Traffic Management Plan is in place with road closures before and after the event. There are no Stadium drop offs after 5.00pm unless you have mobility needs.

Taxis, rideshares, and public drop offs are not permitted at the Stadium after 5.00pm. Drop-offs are at Bunny St (Wellington Railway Station) or Thorndon Quay at the Thorndon Spiral. It is then a short walk along the Fran Wilde Walkway to the front gates.

Mobility drop-offs are permitted at the Stadium in the ground level drop-off lane, at any time, on presentation of a valid Mobility Permit. Please have your permit visible at all times and ready to present to Stadium staff on arrival. A stadium transport service is available to transport you from the lower level of the car park to the front gates. Please speak to staff for more details.

After the event, there are no taxi stands at the Stadium. Taxis are available at Bunny St (Wellington Railway Station) and on Thorndon Quay at the Thorndon Spiral access to Sky Stadium immediately following the match.

Taxis are available in the ground level car park pick up lane approximately 45 minutes after the final whistle.

A stadium transport service - the people movers - is available to take you from the Stadium to the car park, top of the Railway Station ramp and Thorndon Spiral. Those with mobility requirements will have priority. Please speak to staff for more details. Please note this can only operate when it is safe to do so, and once the crowd has dispersed.

All chartered buses and coaches wishing to park in the dedicated Sky Stadium Coach Parking zone for this event require a permit from the Bus & Coach Association. Click here to apply. Please note that the number of permits available is limited and are issued on a first-in first-served basis.

All chartered buses and coaches will be allocated parking either in the Sky Stadium car park or on Kate Shepheard Place. The exact location will be determined once the total number of bookings received for this event is confirmed. Bookings close on Monday 23 September. The parking location will be communicated to you by the Bus and Coach Association.

Upon arrival at the parking location, your permit must be displayed on your vehicle window or you will not be permitted to park. Any operators failing to comply may be denied access to future Stadium events.
