Covid-19 recovery event information 

  • Stay home if you are sick.
  • Scan the Sky Stadium QR code on your arrival. There are 500 QR codes throughout the Stadium, including on the Fran Wilde Walkway, around the concourse and in our lounges.
  • Hand sanitiser and handwashing facilities are available throughout the Stadium.
  • Sneeze and cough into your elbow.
  • Be kind to others. Be kind to yourself.
     

Check your tickets in advance

  • If you selected “ezyTicket” as your delivery method, please ensure you have printed your tickets before heading to the game and have these ready to scan at the turnstiles. Please note your ezyTicket will not work on your mobile phone.

We strongly advise against purchasing tickets from any unauthorised ticket resellers as the tickets may not be genuine or may be cancelled by the event organiser. Ticketek is the only authorised sales channel for this event. 

Car parking

The Stadium car park has sold out for this event. If you have pre-purchased a car park don't forget to print out your ezyticket and have ready to show on your arrival to the carpark. Car park ezytickets must be printed, mobile versions are not accepted. Once parked, please leave on your dashboard. Please note, there is no parking available for campervans within the Stadium.

Public transport

Public transport is a great and easy way to get to the Stadium. For more information, click here. To save yourself time and stress on the night, check transport routes in advance and leave plenty of time for your travel to Sky Stadium so you can kick back and enjoy the game.

Drop off information  

Taxis, rideshares, and drop offs are not permitted within the Stadium after 2.00pm. Taxis, rideshare and public drop-offs are available after 2.00pm at Bunny St (Wellington Railway Station) and on Thorndon Quay at the Thorndon Spiral access to Sky Stadium. It is then a short walk along the Fran Wilde Walkway to the front gates. 

Mobility drop-offs are permitted in the ground level drop-off lane, at all times, on presentation of a valid Mobility Permit. Please have your permit visible at all times and ready to present to Police or Stadium staff on arrival. A stadium transport service is available to transport you from the car park to the front gates. Please speak to staff for more details.

Pick up information

After the event, there are no taxi stands at the Stadium. Taxis are available at Bunny St (Wellington Railway Station) and on Thorndon Quay at the Thorndon Spiral access to Sky Stadium immediately following the match. Taxis are available in the ground level car park pick up lane approximately 40 minutes after the final whistle.A stadium transport service is available to take you from the Stadium to the car park, top of the Railway Station ramp and Thorndon Spiral. Those with mobility requirements will have priority. Please speak to staff for more details. Please note this can only operate when it is safe to do so, and the crowd has dispersed.

Buses & coaches

All coaches wishing to drop-off or park for Stadium events require a permit from the Bus & Coach Association. Click here to apply. Please note that demand is high for these events and there are strictly limited permits available on a first-in first-served basis. You must have your permit with you on arrival to the Stadium or you will not be permitted entry.

Buses and coaches will not be permitted near the Stadium precinct and surrounding areas without a valid permit. There are no provisions for drop-off within walking distance to the Stadium. Any operators failing to comply will be denied access to future Stadium events. 

The best option is to use public transport if you can.

Food & drink

  • All food and beverage outlets will be open plus additional facilities on the Plaza and around the concourse.

  • Small amounts of food for personal consumption is allowed. 

  • You can bring in an empty clear plastic water bottle (max. 1 litre).

  • Water fountains are also located at Aisle 2,6, 9, 11, 23, 25, 28 and 32.

  • Serving limits for alcoholic drinks per person will apply.


Merchandise

Merchandise will be available from Aisle 14 and Aisle 22. There will also be roving merchandise sellers throughout the venue.

General information

  • For the safety of all patrons, bag searches will be conducted on entry into the Stadium. Entry and search processes will be thorough so please ensure you allow plenty of time. 

  • The Fran Wilde Walkway is part of the Central City Alcohol Ban area. Drinking and/or possession of alcohol is prohibited at all times in any public place within the Wellington city control area.
