Accommodation

Sky Stadium is conveniently located in the heart of the Wellington CBD, a short walk from leading hotels in the area. We are close to a range of Wellington’s best hotels so please enquire with our functions team and they would be happy to provide you with information and contacts for accommodation to suit your requirements. 

Audio Visual equipment

Our experienced AV supplier, AV Media, shares our commitment to creating events that achieve your objectives and exceed your expectations, providing custom installed state of the art equipment in our function rooms, a dedicated sales manager and onsite fully trained technician available at your event if required. Our facilities are fully set up for hybrid-conferencing.

Wireless broadband

High-speed Wi-Fi is available at no charge for function organisers and guests throughout the entire venue. Please request the password on arrival.

Car parking

Parking is provided free of charge for functions guests. Please head up the ramp toward the main gates, where you will be directed by a member of staff to the appropriate parking location. Please use the functions entrance (to the right of the main turnstile gates) to access the Function Centre. See the map.

Taxis

Wellington Combined Taxis (WCT) is the preferred taxi supplier for non-event day functions at Sky Stadium. WCT offer a direct booking line for all function guests and for larger events, provide a concierge service to ensure a smooth experience for your guests. Mobility parking

For daytime functions, there are mobility parks available on the ground floor in designated parks outside the main reception. Please enquire with your Functions Coordinator.
