Ticket refunds are being processed by Ticketek.
If you purchased with a credit card or debit card no further action is required - Ticketek will automatically refund back to the credit/debit card used to purchase.
If you purchased in person at a Box Office or Agency a Ticketek representative will be in touch with you this week to arrange your refund.
Ticketek will endeavour to process all refunds as quickly as possible
